InnerPath ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive basic profile information from those services.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the app, including meditation sessions completed, content viewed, and streak data. This helps us personalize your experience.
Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting and analytics purposes.
Subscription Data: Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card details. We receive confirmation of your subscription status through RevenueCat.
We use your information to provide and improve the InnerPath experience, including: delivering personalized content and recommendations, tracking your meditation progress and streaks, managing your subscription status, sending notification reminders you have opted into, and improving app performance and fixing bugs.
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, which employs industry-standard encryption and security measures. Your meditation progress, preferences, and account information are stored in Firebase's cloud infrastructure.
We use the following third-party services:
Firebase (Google): Authentication, data storage, and analytics.
RevenueCat: Subscription management.
Sanity CMS: Content delivery.
Apple App Store: Payment processing.
Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing their use of data.
InnerPath may send local notifications for daily meditation reminders and streak reminders. These are scheduled on your device and can be enabled or disabled at any time through the app's notification settings or your device settings.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
You have the right to access your personal data, request deletion of your account and associated data, opt out of notifications at any time, and update your account information within the app.
You can delete your account at any time through the app's profile settings. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data from our systems within 30 days. Some anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics.
InnerPath is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
