By downloading, installing, or using InnerPath ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
InnerPath is a Buddhist meditation and mindfulness application that provides guided meditations, teachings, stories, mantras, music, and learning paths. The App offers both free and premium content accessible through subscription plans.
You must create an account to use InnerPath. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Free Content: InnerPath provides limited free content including beginner meditations and select teachings.
Premium Subscription: Full access to all content is available through the following subscription plans:
• Monthly: $9.99/month (with 3-day free trial for new subscribers)
• Yearly: $99.99/year
• Lifetime: $299.99 one-time purchase
Billing: All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
Free Trial: If offered, the free trial period lasts 3 days. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.
All content in InnerPath, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, teachings, meditations, and music, is owned by or licensed to InnerPath and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the proper functioning of the App, share your account credentials with others, or redistribute premium content.
InnerPath provides meditation and mindfulness content for general wellness purposes only. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing mental health issues, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
We strive to keep InnerPath available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time, including content, features, and subscription pricing. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InnerPath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past 12 months.
We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the App's profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
